Zebra Invoice is in early access. This notice covers this website and the early-access list. Before your company connects the Zebra Invoice service, we give you the full privacy policy for the service, including how it uses Google data.
Who we are
Zebra Invoice is a product of KOL DEALS LTD, a company registered in Cyprus. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions: hello@zebrainvoice.com.
What we collect on this website
- Your email address, when you join the early-access list, and the time you joined. That's all the form asks for.
- Technical data that any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, which our host uses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies or local storage, and it isn't used to track you across websites. It records the page you visited, the site that sent you, your browser, device type and country, and how fast the page loaded. We don't use advertising trackers or social media pixels.
How we use it
We use your email address only to contact you about early access to Zebra Invoice and its launch. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the providers below, who store or deliver it for us. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores the early-access list and counts visits to the site.
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts this site uses, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards in their data processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until early access ends, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to send it to you in a portable format. Email hello@zebrainvoice.com and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we'll tell you by email first.
